A little about me - I was raised to care deeply about others wellbeing, enjoy connecting with people & am fascinated by relationships & what makes us feel or behave the way we do. I therefore completed an accredited counselling training with Relationships Scotland & am a member of the professional bodies BACP & COSCA. My input is tailored to your personal situation & with assistance where necessary, I believe everyone has the capability to transform their own lives.
